Our team at efood is expanding, and we're on the hunt for a creative and driven Influencers & Content Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing department. In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind building and nurturing relationships with influencers who can amplify efood’s voice.
You will craft and execute impactful influencer campaigns that resonate with our audience, drive engagement, assist in content creation and elevate our brand to new heights.
What you'll do:

• Be part of the internal Content team and ideate, create, and curate compelling content, including social media posts, videos, blogs, and more, ensuring consistency with efood’s brand voice and aesthetics.
• Identify, evaluate, collaborate and build relationships with influencers across platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and others to align with efood’s brand values, content standards and target audience.
• Develop and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Analyze campaign performance data, including metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI, to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
• Handle influencer contracts, external agency talks, and ensure that campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
• Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer marketing techniques to keep efood’s campaigns fresh and impactful.

What you'll need:

• 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage influencer campaigns from conception to execution and reporting.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and audience dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms for campaign management and performance tracking.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for influencer content and collaborations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the food delivery industry and passion for the digital marketing landscape is a plus.
