We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our HR Operations team and handle various personnel-related and payroll duties. The ideal candidate has gained experience in HR processes and payroll, is organized, and can handle various administrative tasks on time.

What you’ll do:

• Be responsible for keeping Workday system fully updated and work on the ongoing development according to emerging needs by making recommendations for system improvements
  
• Collect on a monthly basis all the data related to employees’ payroll and inform the payroll team
  
• Provide guidance to HR Admins
  
• Be the point of contact for Delivery Hero for every Global project regarding People Systems
  
• Provide support and respond to employees regarding HR-related inquiries
  
• Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations to ensure compliance
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports upon requests
  

Qualifications

• 
  At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations role(s)
  
• BSc preferably in Accounting or Human Resources
  
• Advanced knowledge of labor laws
  
• Hands-on experience with an HR Software (Workday knowledge will be considered a plus)
  
• Experience in Payroll preparation
  
• High level of attention to detail and numerical literacy
  
• Excellent proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize
  
• Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
  
• Computer literacy
  
• People-oriented personality, approachable, good listener
  
• Good sense of responsibility and commitment to confidentiality
  
• Highest levels of integrity
