SARMED is looking to recruit an experienced professional for the position of IT Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of the smooth & effective operation of the company’s IT Warehouse Operations S/W team. The position reports to IT Director and is based at Mandra, West Attica.

Main Tasks:
Oversee and support Mantis WMS to optimize end to end processes and enhance customer experience

Provide technical oversight across WMS, including application integrations, and collaborate with key business and technology stakeholders to balance production stability with a customer-first focus

Supervise daily IT operations, regarding WMS, leading a high performing team of specialists

Coordinate the design and implementation of new WMS projects

Collaborate with new and existing customers, in Greece and abroad

Define business process workflows according to customer/business needs

Monitor, test & identify any inaccuracies, maintain and recommend improvements in company’s WMS

Professional attributes:
At least 5 years of experience in analysis and development on a WMS environment

Knowledge of 3PL and warehouse operations is a must

Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology

Knowledge of Mantis LV WMS highly regarded

Fluency in Greek and English languages (both oral and written)
