#About NSE

Deloitte NSE (North & South Europe) is a collection of 30 countries located in Europe and the Middle East. These countries are organised into 8 geographies. The NSE IT Portfolio is a growing portfolio of projects delivering IT projects across those geographies.


The NSE SD WAN project is a large infrastructure migration project within the NSE Portfolio, with a forecast spend of €500k in FY25. The project is expected to continue for a number of years.


In order to ensure we can successfully implement this project across all our NSE geographies we require PMO support to assist the NSE Project Manager with key project activities.


Once the candidate is established in the SD WAN PMO role, there may be opportunities to provide support to other projects in the NSE Portfolio.


#About Your Role

Key activities include:

• Support the PM with managing and maintaining the project plan.
• Capturing and tracking the project risks and issues.
• Support stakeholder reporting and Steerco packs.
• Meeting preparation and support.
• Support creation of project cycle documentation (i.e. Statement of Work, Change Requests).
• Work with the PM to track project milestone activities.
• Work with the PM to maintain accurate project actuals and forecasts.
• Manage resource allocation in Service Now SPM tool.
• Liaise with representatives across NSE geos to capture forecasts and actual work completed.
• Become a key part of a dynamic project team.

#Our Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in an IT PMO role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
