The Challenge
In liaison with the CIO and CISO, to Implement and operate information, systems, networks and cyber security strategies based on international standards and regulatory frameworks (i.e. Information Security and Privacy Policies, Procedures, Guidelines and Technical Standards).

The Challenge
In liaison with the CIO and CISO, to Implement and operate information, systems, networks and cyber security strategies based on international standards and regulatory frameworks (i.e. Information Security and Privacy Policies, Procedures, Guidelines and Technical Standards).
Responsibilities:
- Support the establishment of the company’s ISMS by using state-of-the art technologies in alignment with business objectives and with industry best practices
- Support in the design, implementation and maintenance of security policies, protocols, and procedures
- Ensure that Info Sec services are provisioned within the agreed terms and Service Level Agreements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST).Implement Information Security Management Systems using relevant standards, methodologies and best practices
- Work close with IT team to ensure secure configuration and management of network, systems, and applications
- Support to conduct security and compliance assessments in collaboration with our partners and consultants
- Coordinating actions on Information security /data breach incidents (hopefully this won’t be needed)
- Handling security consultation needs on a daily basis for cybersecurity and networking related issues
- Support the security awareness program
- Stay current with emerging security threats, technologies, and regulatory changes.
- More than 4 years of working experience in similar positions
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Master’s degree or trainings and certifications in the field of Information Security
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer Certification, CISM or CISSP are not must-have but are highly desirable
- Good knowledge of:
- Information security frameworks, industry best practices, legal and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 22301, NIST, GDPR, NIS)
- Standards and frameworks for conducting IT Risk Assessment and Business Impact Assessment
- IT and network security best practices and solutions
- Technical vulnerabilities of information systems (hardware, system, application level)
- Infrastructure/Cloud Security
- Security Operations, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery
- You bring a drive for excellence and a positive “can do” approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including internal teams and end-users, technical consultants and project managers, and to manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders and with ability to influence and challenge options
- Capacity to work autonomously while also thriving in collaborative team environments
