In this dynamic context, we are looking for a talented Production Units WMS and Logistics IT Manager for our production companies. The role is based in Group’s HQ Offices, at Spata, Athens International Airport “El. Venizelos”
The Challenge
Analyze business needs and requirements, to modify, improve and support the business processes through the use of Group’s WMS software system and complimentary systems, for the Production Companies within the functional areas of Warehouse and Logistics Operations.
Initiate system improvements, working closely with the business teams, external / internal developers, and support resources to ensure business requirements are correctly fulfilled.
Responsibilities:

• Act as the Administrator for the Production Companies within the WMS environment (Aberon WMS)
• Work closely with Warehouse, Logistics and Fulfillment Operations to understand their business requirements and processes
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify the best WMS practices
• Manage WMS implementation projects, ensuring they are completed, within scope and deadlines
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to end users
• Provide comprehensive training to end-users on WMS functionalities
• Troubleshoot and address any issues related to WMS with the support of the s/w vendor
• Collaborate with fellow consultants and project managers to ensure seamless project execution
• Support the WMS system’s configurations and reporting responding to the Business requests
• Ensure all required hardware (scanners, printers etc) in the Warehouses is configured and ready for use
• Provide on-site presence for implementations as appropriate
• Continually develop knowledge and skills around the products, processes and controls used across the warehouse and supply chain Group’s operations.

Requirements & Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in finance or supply chain management will be considered will be considered an asset
• Minimum 5 years of experience in working on design, implementation, and support of ERP or WMS platforms, preferably in the production sector
• Ability to configure systems according to business requirements
• Extensive knowledge and experience working on SQL and Oracle DBs
• A solid understanding of warehouse management and operations, and supply chain will be considered as a strong asset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including internal teams and end-users, technical consultants and project managers, and to manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders
• Capacity to work autonomously while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
