Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire a Production Technician to join our Lithium Cells Production Department in Xanthi, Greece. The role is responsible for operating the equipment of Lithium Cells Production in Li-pilot Line while also upholding the safety regulations of our company to guarantee that all our products meet quality expectations and to achieve the desired production targets. The position is based in Xanthi, Greece.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Deep knowledge of health and safety protocol at work, strictly followed when using machines or equipment
• Operate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely by demonstrating ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time
• Maintain and repair pilot line equipment (Autonomous Mainntence requirements)
• Inspect equipment for any abnormalities
• Train others in operating & maintaining equipment.
• Work with other departments to identify improvements that need to be done
• Collaborate directly with Equipment Technician of Maintenance (Maintenance Technician) for solving problems or/and for all aspects regarding the good usage of equipment
• Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned area (5S)

Requirements

• 2+ years of working working industrial experience in the production field
• A Bachelor’s degree in Automation / Electronics / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering would be a major asset
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
