Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent we are looking to hire a Production Engineer to join our Production Department. As the production engineer, you will uphold the safety regulations of our company and monitor the production process to guarantee that all our products meet quality expectations. The role is based in Kilkis, Greece.

Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent we are looking to hire a Production Engineer to join our Production Department. As the production engineer, you will uphold the safety regulations of our company and monitor the production process to guarantee that all our products meet quality expectations. The role is based in Kilkis, Greece.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with Production team members to support production planning while assuring and enhancing production safety culture
- Preparation of the machinery according to the plan using the machine software (Machine programs on laser cutting machines & automations programming)
- Optimizing the production and minimizing the scrap
- Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
- Monitor, analyze, and report production KPIs
- Recommend adjustments to the production process
- Resolve production-related issues in a timely manner
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Ideally, at least 3 years of working experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of laser cutting machines, bending machines or punching machines is preferred.
- Good math and technical skills
- Knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP)
- Fluency in English & Greek
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
