We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Making Operations team in our Piraeus plant!
The role : Production Technician Making,
reporting to Making Team Leader
After receiving the appropriate training, you will integrate in the Making team, and you will be responsible to :

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot Making area production equipment through computer terminals and control panels (Centralized Control Room with Wonderware In Touch & In Batch and SCADA systems).
• Comply with CP internal and external Quality standards & regulations. Precisely complete all related documentation and procedures; highlight variances. Perform quality sampling and statistical process control activities.
• Participate in maintenance activities on production equipment.
• Perform housekeeping activities as per established protocol and conduct/participate in area housekeeping assessments as required.
• Complete ERP system daily reporting and updates of other information systems (SAP, Performance Reporting KPIs).
• Actively participate in continuous learning opportunities. Get trained, share knowledge and participate in the intra-departmental work team skills development.

What you need for this position:

• Academic background: Technological Educational Institute (TEI) related to Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Food Technology or equivalent
• Communication skills: Excellent command of Greek and English languages
• Digital literacy: PC proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
• Ability to communicate optimally with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner and working collaboratively with others
• Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing them

It’s an advantage to have:

• 2-4 years of manufacturing experience
