The Onboarding Success Partner team is a global team of 20+ and acts as experts in Onboarding as well as an incubator for future HR professionals in many areas (Onboarding, Talent Attraction, Global Mobility, PE care, Data Analytics&reporting, Sourcing…). The successful candidate will provide high-quality, timely and consistent Onboarding, Administrative Recruitment as well as International Relocation support services to recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and other HR stakeholders.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality, timely and consistent Onboarding, Administrative Recruitment as well as International Relocation support services to recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and other HR stakeholders.
What you will learn and contribute to
- Managing Onboarding activities in a global enviroment
- Managing non-competitive, Administrative RRs - recruitment cases end-to-end
- Supporting international relocation cases as first point of contact (only case management: providing estimations and updates, following up, ensuring a timely delivery)
- Managing and enhancing Nokia’s applicant tracking system (Nokia ME)
- Managing reporting activities to provide an overview on ongoing activities
- Acting as ticketing tool coordinator to manage the the Talent Attraction and Onboarding HR tickets
- Assisting with documentation preparation for the onboarding process where applicable
- Supporting and being single point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period
- Support hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective administrative hiring and onboarding experience

- Currently enrolled for a batchelor degree or diploma in Human resources, Psychology, Communication or a related field
- Fluency of English (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptability: work effectively in complex and ambiguous situations
- Flexibility, working at times in ambiguity, while still maintaining positivity
- Service mindset
- Strong team player
- Fluency in the language of the location and any of the following languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German) Previous experience of working in an in-house or agency recruiting role supporting large scale recruiting campaigns.
