We are committed to excellence and continuous improvement, leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive business success. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Partner to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the entire Intersport Omnichannel IT application portfolio, encompassing headquarters, stores, and e-commerce.
- Oversee and closely monitor all Intersport IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
- Actively monitor IT installations of new and existing stores.
- Work closely with the IT teams of the Group in order to always have a clear status of the ongoing projects and issues.
- Communication with internal and external IT partners regarding the company's IT projects.
- Ensuring smooth functioning and alignment with the e-commerce platform and third party vendor
- Follow-up the problem-solving process for IT issues arising in the stores, guaranteeing prompt resolution.
- Provides input on contracts with IT equipment suppliers and IT Vendors, facilitating favorable terms and vendor relationships.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in a retail environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT Business Partner role, with a proven track record of success in e-commerce projects.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising IT applications.
- ERP experience (preferably in Microsoft Dynamics Nav – LS Retail or Business Central)
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and driving growth.
Good to Have
- Experience in IT project management
- Experience in Microsoft SQL RDBMS
- Experience with applications like product information management (PIM), customer relationship management (CRM), and marketing automation tools.
