Role purpose: The job holder will be responsible for handling the operation of our computer systems (ERP & POS), especially in relation to the interfaces with external systems and vendors. The role reports directly to the IT & Operations Director.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform daily loading tasks of EDI invoice files in the SAP ERP system.
- Manage discount files and load into IT applications.
- Contact vendors on EDI issues.
- Manage & solve problems with warehouse receipts and discount files.
- Store support in warehouse receipts procedures.
Skills/Experience Required:
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
- Previous experience in a similar role for at least 2 years, ideally in Retail industry.
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Windows, MS-Office.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP will be considered as a plus.
- Customer-oriented with focus on quality and customer’s satisfaction.
- Excellent analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent level of English (written & oral). Ability to work in swifts.
