Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Supports departmental requests in Rf Ps preparation and process according to company’s policies
- Assesses the offers received from the viewpoint of technical-economic consistency with the Rf P and, based on a shortlist defined, enter into negotiations with suppliers, contributing to the final awarded solution
- Autonomously carries out (up to the total amount set by current company regulations) purchase negotiations, optimizing the factors of price, quality and services, also through cost analysis and proposals to reformulate the terms of the services themselves
- With the support of Legal department, assesses the most suitable contractual format
- Review of contracts within the set limits of authority and ensuring the preparation of all material to support such.
- Supports the company in the research, qualification and assessment of suppliers
- Conducts market analysis to identify the best suppliers and the most suitable methods of purchase, selects potential suppliers and collaborates in defining purchase strategy
- Verifies the proper entry of purchase requests
- Prepares purchase orders
- Ensures the issuing, forwarding to suppliers and the archiving of the purchase order
- Ensures the correct updating of the Supplier data registry
- Updates and maintains the contract database
- Ensures and checks compliance with formal obligations connected to qualification of suppliers
- Prepares management reporting on purchases Identifies improvements to management systems and supports their implementation

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- 2+ years of proven sourcing experience in corporate procurement/sourcing ideally in an international organization environment. Experience on a technology, telecommunication, network and professional services, related environment would be appreciated
- Superior level of professional in written and verbal communication is required
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills will be required to manage across the numerous stakeholders across regions
- Bachelor's Degree or any equivalent
- Excellent command of English & Greek language.
- Strong goal-orientation, organizational and follow-up skills, with a thorough understanding of operations management
- Ability to work under medium supervision upon assigned tasks
- Ability to communicate with Senior Management and Directors in the organization
- Critical thinking and advanced negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects, adhere to tight timelines and deadlines and demonstrate ownership
- Working effectively with others in a team environment while enhancing a positive atmosphere
