Indirect Procurement Buyer MAKE

We are looking for an Indirect Procurement Buyer MAKE to manage and lead categories within the “MRO & Facilities & Energy” spend scope in Greece.
- Ensure effective supplier relationship management.
- Monitors spend visibility in scope under responsibility.
- Actively liaise with Europe category procurement teams, roll-out best practices, participate in global projects
- Implement Procurement strategies for own scope and deliver productivity targets.
- Manage and ensure smooth execution of all projects that are required to deliver productivity targets.
- Engage with stakeholders for pre alignment of productivity plan and projects.
- Engage with key stakeholders for successful implementation of sourcing projects and in order to get buy-in / support.
- Liaise with suppliers to deliver innovative ideas / changes to deliver productivity and efficiency.
- Follow market trends and take proactive measures to reduce cost.
- Accountable for compliance within category
- Fluent in English
- University degree from a reputable university
- Purchasing background and ideally sound knowledge of Indirect categories
- Good business acumen, knowledge of financial fundamentals and excellent analytical skills
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Strategic thinking & executional excellence
- Results orientated – comfortable identifying, setting & delivering against stretch targets
- Work in a multitasking and multicultural environment
- Have the drive for results
- Have excellent command of excel and other office tools
- Ability to interact with key stakeholders and build trust at all levels of the organization
