We are looking for a passionate Junior Customer Support Representative to join our team!

We are looking for a passionate Junior Customer Support Representative to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, and take or enter orders
- Refer unresolved customer questions to designated departments for further investigation
- Resolve customers' questions about the timeline of the delivery of their order
- Receive orders from customers and register them in the company's ERP
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
- Cooperate with Sales Agents & Sales Engineers
- Help your coworkers with some administrative tasks

Basic Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek
- Basic knowledge of the English language
- Vehicle as a means of transport to Ialonet's offices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professionalism & consistency
- Excellent communication skills
- Management & multitasking skills
Good to Have
- Experience as a CS Assistant or similar junior CS role
- Experience with any ERP platform, but most preferable with Soft1
