As a Junior Programmatic Specialist you will:

• Set-up, manage and optimize paid digital campaigns on several programmatic platforms
  (Display & Video 360, Adform, Native Platforms e.g. Taboola)
• Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
  for improvements
• Build campaigns in ad server and traffic creatives as per agreed campaign architecture
  (in consultation with the Programmatic Trading Manager)
• Deliver actionable audience and optimization-based insights
• Utilize analytical tools and platforms to extract insights from campaign data
• Generate weekly & monthly reports
• Coordinate assets and tags with vendors ensuring campaigns are delivering against
  KPI’s

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or Statistics
• 1 year of experience in digital advertising
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure, test & refine
• Ability to easily multitask and work on projects of varying scope and markets
• Fluent in both Greek and English
