ROLE FUNCTIONS

• Oversee all purchasing operations and Supplier engagement for all departments within the resort.
• Analyze market conditions to devise and implement effective purchasing strategies aligning with business objectives.
• Review and optimize spend data, developing negotiating strategies to ensure competitive pricing for goods and services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Implement and refine tools for monitoring supplier performance and gathering customer feedback.
• Assist in preparing requirements for operational supplies to support the resort's operational needs.
• Conduct regular evaluations of suppliers through site visits and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures, communicating effectively with senior management on performance metrics.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in procurement/purchasing or cost control within the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
