Role Functions:

• Efficiently and skillfully prepare different types of meat, ensuring all cuts are of the highest quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the butcher area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to supply high-quality meats for various menu offerings.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
• Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff on proper handling and preparation of meats.
• Record and maintain accurate inventory of meat products.
