F&B Manager
for the SWOT Headquarters in Kolonaki, Athens.
Position Overview:
As the Group Food and Beverage Manager at SWOT Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, refining, and overseeing the food and beverage experience across our portfolio of hotels.
Collaborating closely with top international hotel brands, the Group Food and Beverage Manager ensures service excellence and consistency, meeting global standards and positioning SWOT Hospitality as a leader in guest satisfaction and F&B service delivery.
In this role, you will bring a strategic vision to F&B operations, emphasizing exceptional guest experiences, revenue optimization, and the development of innovative concepts that strengthen our brand’s competitive advantage. We are looking for an experienced and passionate F&B leader who is energized by spending time on the floor, training, and inspiring the team directly. This position requires a hands-on approach to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.
Above all, you will lead by example, showing the team how to create meaningful guest connections and underscoring the value of heartfelt service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership:

- Oversee F&B operations across multiple properties, ensuring excellence in service delivery, operational efficiency and productivity, adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement policies, processes, and best practices to improve service quality, productivity, and team engagement.
- Coordinate with property-level F&B teams to ensure consistent standards and address operational challenges as they arise.
- Responsible for all F&B Managers and respective F&B Leaders in all SWOT Hospitality properties
- Performance Optimization:

- Monitor and analyze financial performance for all F&B outlets, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, cost control, and profitability improvement.
- Set KPIs and evaluate property performance based on productivity metrics produced for each property, implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve objectives.
- Lead menu engineering and pricing strategies to optimize product mix and profitability while meeting guest expectations.
- Team Development & Training:

- Design and deliver training programs to build F&B expertise, focusing on service standards, guest engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and develop F&B and Outlet Managers and teams, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top F&B talent and develop internal succession plans.
- Brand Partnerships & Quality Assurance:

- Maintain strong relationships with brand representatives and ensure brand-specific service delivery and quality standards are achieved.
- Lead quality audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with brand and company standards, implementing necessary improvements where needed.
- Innovation & Market Trends:

- Stay abreast of global F&B trends and guest expectations, integrating new concepts, technology, and sustainability practices into the F&B strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional events and campaigns to drive guest engagement and brand visibility.
- Strategic F&B Development:

- Define and execute a comprehensive F&B strategy for the brand portfolio, supporting brand identity and guest expectations.
- Lead the development and innovation of F&B concepts, focusing on market trends, guest preferences, and competitive analysis to ensure the portfolio remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Collaborate with brand partners to maintain alignment with international brand standards and service guidelines
Key Skills:
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in F&B service design and delivery.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
- Excellent training skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in F&B leadership roles, ideally within upper-upscale international hotel brands.
- Strong background in F&B concept development, operations management, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving revenue and profit growth in a multi-property setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and inspire teams.
- Experience working within the guidelines of international hotel brand standards.
- Extensve traveling schedule with certain periods of time spend on site in various properties throughout Greece and abroad.
