Your role:
As a Lead Social Media Strategist , you will be responsible for overseeing the team of social media and managing all our GR / CY social media channels, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), X (formerly Twitter), Tik Tok, and You Tube. Your role will involve strategic planning, content creation, and day-to-day management of social media activities, ensuring Novibet’ s brand's voice and vision are consistently represented across all platforms.

Your role:
As a Lead Social Media Strategist , you will be responsible for overseeing the team of social media and managing all our GR / CY social media channels, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), X (formerly Twitter), Tik Tok, and You Tube. Your role will involve strategic planning, content creation, and day-to-day management of social media activities, ensuring Novibet’ s brand's voice and vision are consistently represented across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of social media professionals
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our social media channels (Meta, X, Tik Tok, You Tube)
- Manage relations with content creators, influencers & their producers
- Coordinate and produce high-quality social media content, including You Tube shows, reels, Tik Tok videos, and more
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing reports, insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in sports marketing
- Collaborate with other departments to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on sports marketing
- Proven track record of managing social media channels and leading a team
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences; good knowledge of Tik Tok will be consider as a strong asset
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Good knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Cap Cut, Veed.io, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and innovative content
