Job's purpose
As a Consumer Insights Lead, you will play a critical role in the development of brand strategy by providing valuable insights for consumer behavior, shopping perceptions, market trends and competition benchmarking. You will manage all the aspects of gathering, analyzing and interpreting consumer data to contribute to data-led decisions that impact marketing and business planning.

What you will focus on

Identify needs for consumer insights necessary to support the brand strategy development, with special attention to own brand products
Create an annual schedule of market research studies & benchmarking that will feed into the yearly marketing and business planning
Cooperate closely with VP Marketing in designing qualitative market research and proceed in their execution to derive necessary business conclusions and evaluate marketing activities
Bring the consumer perspective to marketing decision making by conducting market analysis and research activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations
Analyze data based on the received results of research studies and propose actionable strategies to internal stakeholders in order to drive business decisions based on customer insights
Collaborate with Central Southern Europe (CSE) Workstream on the common brand health tracker and acts as the go-to person for all necessary processes (design of questionnaire, reporting, budget, agency contracts etc)
Lead the product & concept innovation process, providing consumer and shopper insights to the brand strategy and format development teams to build an innovation path that will ensure our product leadership
Monitor time frames and budget allocation of the research projects taking into consideration business urgency and budget availability
What you bring

At least 5 years of working experience in market research, new product/ innovation development, in consumer insights or relevant positions in the FMCG sector or in agency
BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Market Research or any relevant field. MSc would be considered an asset
Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
