Your ‘day to day’:
- Develop, implement and present analytics strategies to middle-management stakeholders to enhance consumer experience and drive functional transformation.
- Perform text analytics, identify and measure gaps in consumer experience to highlight improvement opportunities.
- Oversee Net Promoter Score (NPS), which demonstrates the likelihood of a consumer to recommend products or services, and conduct Voice of the Consumer (Vo C) analysis, in order to obtain meaningful consumer insights, further translating them into business actions.
- Create consistently on-brand and innovative customer experiences using human-centric techniques.
- Conduct customer experience audits and generates action plans based on qualitative insights and quality checks.
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics or any other related field.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of previous working experience in data science or insights.
- Expertise in Power Bi.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in both written and oral English and Greek.
