Nordic Speaking Technical Support for Consumers with relocation- Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional technical support to Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot a wide range of consumer technology issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide step-by-step assistance and clarity on technical matters to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with team members to drive improvements in customer experience and service delivery.
- Recognize and report recurring issues to help enhance product quality and support processes.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian) is essential, along with English proficiency.
- Previous experience in technical support or a relevant IT background is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with comprehensive relocation support provided.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with customer support ticketing systems or CRM tools is a plus.
