We are currently looking for a highly skilled Learning & Development and Performance Management Lead to join our team.

The Scope of the position:
As Learning & Development and Performance Management Lead , you will be a vital member of our HR team, responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing L&D cycle (training needs & programs) & driving the performance management process across the Group. You will participate in an agile team that is also responsible for recruitment & talent, employer branding, and internal HR communications. You will manage external partnerships and collaborate with training facilitators to leverage existing programs, tools and create best practices.

You will report to the Group CHRO.

Requirements:
Bachelor in Business Administration or Human Resources or Psychology or Social Sciences

Master’s degree in relevant field will be considered an asset

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR department, with a focus on Learning & Development and Performance Management systems

Experience in Construction or Heavy industry sector is preferred

Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong Knowledge of English

Strong knowledge of Training & Development methodologies and tools

Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills and excellent presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous learning
