Due to continuous growth and expansion, Sunlight Group offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract a Learning & Development Professional to join our Organizational Development & Talent team at Sunlight’s Athens premises.
The right incumbent will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative and engaging learning and developing programs and initiatives to enhance people’s skillset and knowledge. The role reports to the Organizational & Development Manager.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include

• Participates in the development of annual training plan and ensures its efficient implementation according to business objectives, training priorities and within budget
• Identifies and analysis individual and organizational development needs and designs strategies to address learning, development, and cultural areas
• Assists in developing and implementing the Performance Module of SAP Success Factors
• Participates in all phases of the Performance Management cycle
• Work with the Organizational & Development Manager to improve and advance policies and procedures whenever possible
• Coordinates with external vendors to develop training courses and programs using various learning methods
• Maintains accurate training data and develops training reports
• Evaluates and coordinates external training opportunities while maintaining budget responsibility
• Reviews training feedback to identify areas of improvement and provides respective recommendations
• Creates and manages programs that promotes and encourages succession planning and career development opportunities
• Participates in the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies in alignment with Annual HR Strategy
• Creates and manages programs that promotes and encourages succession planning and career development opportunities for talents
• Widely scans the environment to keep up and bring in the latest research, practices, technology and external partners in the L&D field, and translates them into workable practices within the organization’s context
• Supports the development and implementation of various Organization Development projects
• As member of the Organizational Development Team, contributes to overall goals of the team and HR division

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of Learning & Development experience in required
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
• Ability to establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Deep and comprehensive knowhow of the SAP/Success Factors software
• Knowledge of Learning and Development principles and best practices
