About The Role

Talent Acquisition Manager will be based in the central office (Athens) during the non-operating period of the Resort, while present on the island of Kea during resort operation (accommodation on the island provided). This job role is working closely with the Director of HR, to develop talent acquisition strategies, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and colleagues. This job role is responsible to source, identify, assess and recruit the best talents in the market for One&Only Kea Island. Talent Acquisition Mgr has to oversee and manage both recruitment and on-boarding processes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Director of HR on the resort manning and drive the talent acquisition process according to corporate SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  • Use metrics to measure performance and identify area of improvement.
  • Keep an eye on metrics around the performance of each Recruitment source.
  • Conduct research on new source markets and advice on ways to attract talents into the business.
  • Develop sourcing strategies, and advertise vacancies, using both internal job board and external resources.
  • Build strong professional relationships with potential candidates in the market.
  • Actively engage in sourcing industry professionals to build a talent pipeline.
  • Liaise with both local and international Search & Selection agents in recruiting talents, when required.
  • Review recruitment policies when required, to drive effectiveness of selection process.
  • Keep Job descriptions always updated, as per business requirements of the resort.
  • Conduct pre-screening, short listing and selecting best fit applicants.
  • Carry out interview process, as per the resort interview and selection SOP.
  • Manage post interview feedback with department hiring managers.
  • Co-ordinate selection tests and assessments, along with departmental hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks on all suitable candidates prior to making a job offer, in compliance with corporate policy.
  • Adhere to the resort approved compensation/salaries and benefits grid, set for each position.
  • Provide training and coaching to managers, on recruitment process and interviewing techniques.
  • Develop a professional understanding of the business to act as a consultant to the business leaders.
  • Manage candidate expectation from the initial meeting to onboarding stage.
  • Keeping new hired employees informed at all times on the resort onboarding requirement and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

  • University Degree in Human Resources Management will be considered as an asset.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a Talent Acquisition Job role or related subject.
  • Professional experience in Luxury Hospitality industry, desirable.
  • Deep Knowledge in Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Previous experience with HRMS.
  • Proficiency in all MS Office and social media.
  • Excellent interview, presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Integrity and team-oriented profile.
