Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment Administration
Ensure recruitment procedures are followed and in line with company policy.
Assist in recruitment-related administration matters.
To perform all other jobs related to your scope of work, as requested by your superiors or other Managers.
To liaise and work closely with other HR areas about all documents relating to the employment of successful candidates, including the following:
Flights
Visas
Relocation
Review job postings to ensure all jobs are posted every week. (Internally/Externally)
Administer the internal application process and status change administrative-related matters.
Recruitment Process
Review the resort manning with the Superior and assist in the hiring process according to the resort recruitment policy.
Adhere to the resort-approved salaries and benefits grid set for each position. Consult the Superior before making pre-offers to candidates.
Conducts pre-screening, shortlisting, selecting, and interviewing of potential applicants.
Co-ordinates and manages the post-interview feedback with the department hiring manager.
Conduct reference checks on all suitable candidates before making an offer in compliance with resort policy.
Obtaining all necessary documents from the successful candidates for the visa process.
Candidates Management
Manage candidate expectations from the initial meeting to the onboarding stage.
Keeping new hires always informed on the resort onboarding requirement and facilitating a smooth onboarding process when needed.
Communication with all candidates, including sending out regret letters.
Build strong professional relationships with potential candidates in the market.
Actively engage in sourcing industry professionals to build a talent pipeline, for the high turn-over and specialist roles.
Ensure the smooth running and administration of the recruitment-related tracking tools and communicate effectively with all departments regarding the onboarding of candidates.
Assist in the onboarding process for all new employees if needed.
Others
Keep up to date with Greek labor legislation relevant to recruitment and selecting.
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Manager, Human Resources; Director, Human Resources.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:
Proficiency in all MS Office Programs and social media savvy
Knowledge in an automatic recruitment module (Success Factor preferable)
Experience in hospitality at a five-star level and international exposure, previous operations experience (desirable)
Impeccable administrative and organizational skill, interview skill, communication and writing skills.
Professional and well groomed
