As our firm continues to grow, we are expanding our Talent Management team and are currently seeking a Talent Management Associate to help drive our people's agenda. We believe that diverse talent creates diverse solutions, leading to success in many forms.

Your Impact:

As a Talent Management Associate , you will be at the forefront of our efforts to nurture and develop our people, ensuring that they reach their full potential. You will contribute to the design and execution of talent initiatives that help us identify, develop, and retain talent across the organization.

Talent & Performance Management:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of programs that foster employee growth and prepare them for successful career progression.
  
• Support the full performance appraisal process, assisting employees and managers in setting meaningful goals, tracking progress, and conducting thorough performance reviews.
  
• Play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing talent initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall growth.
  

Data & Reporting:

• Maintain and analyze talent-related data to identify trends, generate insights, and provide actionable reports to key stakeholders.
  
• Utilize data to inform decision-making and optimize HR strategies, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
  

Employee Assessment:

• Administer employee assessments and analyze the results to derive insights that contribute to both individual and organizational development.
  

Compliance & Best Practices:

• Ensure all talent management activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
  
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve talent management processes.
  

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field. A Master’s degree would be highly desirable.
  
• 2-4 years of experience in years of experience in talent management or a related HR function, with a background in performance appraisals, talent identification, and employee development
  
• Demonstrated ability to use data analytics to drive strategic decisions
  
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  
• Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving
  
• Self-motivation for continued learning and development
  
• Commitment to providing excellent quality work
