We invite you to join our international team as a Manufacturing & Packaging Software Application Officer, with a focus on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the future of healthcare by utilizing our production application systems in our state-of-the-art facility located in Koropi. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and continuous improvement.


Communication with teams as Quality Operations, Production, Supply Chain and Global teams is key to ensure a smooth flow of processes that are compliant to c GMP standards and the company’s SOPs and policies.


This position is based in Koropi (Greece) and reports directly to the Production Application Systems Senior Expert.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive manufacturing & packaging processes & batch record life-cycle management within application systems, including master data structures (e.g. GBS, BOMs, MES and other)
• Design, develop, and maintain Master Batch Records (MBR) in alignment with product specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Packaging and Quality Assurance, to ensure MBRs accurately reflect the manufacturing process and comply with c GMP standards.
• Drive demand and change management regarding Application Systems, including new requirements, bug fixes, and CAPA.
• Deploy Manufacturing & Packaging solutions relevant to plant’s production processes/projects, equipment configuration/interfaces, system interfaces
• Organize and/or provide training to key users and end users
Promote the e-processes within Production department.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

• University Diploma or Equivalent in Chemistry, Engineering, IS/IT
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an industry environment preferably in pharmaceutical and alternatively in process industry
• Experience of at least 1-2 years in projects, especially those involving MES and MBR design, is a plus.
• Able to work with SAP or/and other Manufacturing Systems
• Customer service mindset, decision making & planning, work in cross functional environment, conflict management.
• Fluent in Greek and English, written and verbal.
