THE OPPORTUNITY

As our new Quality Assurance (QA) Shopfloor Officer will be a primary point of contact for compliance issues on the shop floor, you will be conducting flash audits, reviewing E-data, and fulfilling QA responsibilities in Gx P areas, all in accordance with established procedures.
This position is based in Koropi (Greece) and reports directly to the Quality Assurance Operations Compliance Manager.


Important : You will be working in shifts (it’s a three-shift rotation role).

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage discrepancies, events, and deviations.
• Approval of QA steps and providing guidance for compliance topics.
• Represent QA department on the shop floor.
• Perform batch record review, logbook-process review, e-data review, and flash audits.
• Perform QA tasks for quality systems like reviewing discrepancies, CAPAs, change controls, and issuing SOPs/Wis.
• Conduct trainings on QA Operations compliance topics.
Perform presentations, assessments, and trending analysis.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

• University equivalent Diploma of Chemist, Chemical engineer, Pharmacist, or relevant.
• Working experience in the pharmaceutical (or similar) industry.
• Experience in discrepancy management. Prior work experience in the production department is considered an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Critical thinking and sense of urgency.
• Experience working with SAP or/and other computerized systems (e.g., Trackwise).
• Capability to discuss/solve issues together with other colleagues.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Native in Greek, fluent in English.
