As a QA Officer within the Post Market team, you will be accountable for annual product quality reviews and market complaints investigations, while ensuring and adhering to current good manufacturing practices and registration requirements.
This position is based in Koropi (Greece) and reports directly to the Quality Assurance Coordinator (Post Market).

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform and/or review Annual Product Reviews in alignment with Eudralex Vol.4 Chapter 1.
• Perform and/or review market complaints investigations on time and according to the established root cause analysis methodology, through relevant checklists and GMP procedures, in alignment with Eudralex Vol.4 Chapter 8 and as delegated by the Local Pharmaceutical Complaint Officer(s) of Boehringer-Ingelheim Hellas.
Challenge and improve existing procedures and practices whilst maintaining full GMP compliance end ensuring coverage of product-specific requirements based on marketing authorization.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences (e.g., chemistry/ pharmacy/ biology).
• At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance, quality control or production within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English languages. Proof of C2 level certification of English as a foreign language. Any level Knowledge of German as a foreign language will be considered as an asset.
• Work experience in implementation of current good manufacturing practices (c GMPs), SAP, and other computerized systems (e.g. Trackwise, Empower) will be considered as an asset.
• Ability to drive production success, possession of strong strategical and analytical skills and ease with organizing self and with working in a cross functional environment.
• Customer service mindset, decision making & problem-solving mindset and able to keep timelines and to communicate clear expectations.
