Marketing & Communications Executive
We are an education center that specializes in GMAT, GRE, IELTS, TOEFL & USMLE tutoring as well as Academic & Career counseling.
We are looking for a bright individual to work part-time in our office in Athens, Greece. Aside from having knowledge in the subject area, the candidate should also be friendly, articulate, and punctual.

Responsibilities
What will you do:
- Handle all outgoing and incoming emails and calls
- Participate in social media management (Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok)
- Prepare presentations
- Understand clients’ needs, inform them about our company’s services and recommend personalised service packages
- Handle students’ financial obligations, prepare invoices
- Participate in events and seminars
- Schedule meetings
- Create and send newsletters
Basic Requirements
What we are looking for
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field (Undergraduate or Postgraduate Students)
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Outstanding communication and organization skills
- Open mind, will to learn new things
- Experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation will be considered an asset
- Excellent use of the English language
