Real Estate Marketing & Sales Specialist Position Description
Company Overview:
Taibo Group is a dynamic construction and investment company based in Hong Kong, with branch offices in Athens, Greece. Over the past 30 years, the company has focused on the development of large-scale residential projects, delivering 20 projects covering over 1 million square meters. Taibo Group has approximately 3 million square meters of projects under construction and has delivered around 4 million square meters of residential properties.
As an emerging brand in the Greek hospitality industry, Taibo Group is leading the development of luxurious hotels in the vibrant neighborhoods of Monastiraki, Plaka, and Syntagma. Recently, the company expanded its portfolio by acquiring 15 buildings consisting of 80 apartments and plots in prime locations such as Elliniko, Alimos, and Glyfada. With ambitious growth plans, Taibo Group will be constructing two new buildings over the next two years. The company is also actively seeking talented professionals to join its team as it continues to build a strong brand presence in both residential and hospitality sectors.
Position: Real Estate Marketing & Sales Specialist
Job Summary: The Real Estate Marketing & Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the full spectrum of marketing and sales activities related to real estate properties. This position requires a strong understanding of the local property market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate, with a passion for the industry and a drive to exceed client expectations.

Pay: 1,000.00€ - 5,000.00€ per month

Position: Real Estate Marketing & Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Handle initial leads for property sales and leases received via phone or email, providing potential customers with relevant information and promotional materials.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare supporting documents and materials for submitting sale/lease proposals to competent committees.
- Network Building: Establish and maintain a strong network of real estate agents across Greece through effective outreach and relationship-building strategies.
- Business Planning: Participate in the preparation of real estate business plans, contributing market insights and strategic recommendations.
- Media Monitoring: Oversee the company’s media presence, ensuring regular updates and accurate representation of available properties.
- Property Management: Maintain and update comprehensive lists of available properties, ensuring accuracy and availability of information.
- Client Interaction: Engage in constant communication with clients (buyers, owners, renters), guiding them through the journey of finding, renting, or selling a property.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement real estate marketing strategies, with a focus on exclusivity management.
- Employee Training: Assist in the training and development of new employees, sharing expertise and best practices in real estate marketing and sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in sales and real estate.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Power Point.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of both written and spoken Greek and English.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local property market and industry trends.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Team player with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Driving License: Possession of a valid driving license is a prerequisite.
