Norwegian Speaking Technical Support for Customers – Remote in Greece

As a Norwegian Speaking Technical Support Representative, you will be the go-to expert for customers, assisting them with troubleshooting and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our innovative products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Provide high-quality technical support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot various technical problems, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions to ensure effective resolutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to help improve service quality and product performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to escalate complex issues and share customer feedback, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Norwegian and a strong command of English for effective communication.
- Technical Background: Previous experience in technical support or customer service, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and empathetically.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting customer issues.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, staying organized and focused on tasks.
