Our team is expanding! We are currently looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage office operations, oversee HR-related tasks (excluding recruitment), and handle the company’s corporate social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
◦ Ensure the smooth daily operations of the office, including
overseeing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
◦ Manage office budgets and track expenses to ensure efficient
spending.
◦ Coordinate with service providers (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
to maintain a productive and comfortable work environment.
◦ Plan and organize company meetings, events, and team-
building activities.
◦ Maintain and manage filing systems and company
documentation.
HR Administration (Non-Recruitment):
◦ Manage employee records and ensure HR policies are up to
date.
◦ Oversee the process of onboarding new employees, ensuring
proper orientation and documentation.
◦ Handle employee benefits, contracts, and payroll in
coordination with the finance team.
◦ Administer employee leave, vacation, and attendance tracking.
◦ Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Corporate Social Media Management:
◦ Manage the company’s social media accounts (Linked In,
Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring professional and
consistent branding.
◦ Create and schedule posts, ensuring content aligns with
company goals and marketing strategies.
◦ Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor online
feedback.
◦ Track and report social media analytics, providing insights for
improvements.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Basic HR administration experience (excluding recruitment).
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in both Greek and English.
- Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
