How you will contribute to SLM's vision
We are looking for a motivated Onsite Location Specialist to join our dynamic team and oversee the performance of our outsourced hub located in Menidi. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong project management skills who enjoys tackling operational challenges and optimizing processes. The Onsite Location Specialist will be the primary point of contact between our headquarters and the outsource hub, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities at the hub, ensuring that service levels are met, identifying and addressing any operational issues, and working closely with the hub's team to implement best practices and improvements. You will also play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency, while fostering a productive relationship between Skroutz Last Mile and our outsourcing partners.

What you will be doing

• Act as the main liaison between Skroutz Last Mile and the outsource hub in Menidi
• Oversee and manage a small team at the outsource hub
• Monitor the performance of the outsource hub and report on key metrics and KPIs
• Identify and address potential bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the hub's operations
• Collaborate with the outsource hub team to implement optimizations and enhancements
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure adherence to Skroutz Last Mile standards
• Provide timely updates and reports to the headquarters regarding hub performance and operational challenges
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
• Support the implementation of new projects and initiatives at the outsource hub

Requirements
Your Skills & Experience
Experience

• Proven work experience as an Operations Specialist or a similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience in planning and managing projects and contributing to product innovation
• Experience in analyzing and maintaining operational data
• Familiarity with operational performance metrics and KPIs
• BSc in Management or relevant field
