Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Psarakis & Kefalas Law Firm in Greece. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, implement strategies for efficiency and optimization, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Psarakis & Kefalas Law Firm in Greece. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, implement strategies for efficiency and optimization, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience in operations management and staff supervision.
- Knowledge of legal processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Greek and English languages.
- Manage and organize the daily operations of the firm.
- Lead, organize, and supervise teams effectively.
- Knowledge and use of accounting software.
- Organize and monitor back office (recording control of invoices, organizing the secretarial team to maintain accurate accounting records and files).
- Management of the accounting department and relations with clients, partners (HR), and suppliers.
- Manage marketing tools (Linked In, Google Business, etc.).
- Credit Control and payment management.
