We are looking for a Loan Operations Officer, especially related to leasing contracts, to perform operational loan administration tasks and ensure smooth and effective support for both Corporate and SME Portfolios.
A day in the life of a Loan Operations Officerwill include:

• Control and check customer documentation, including contracts, agreements, and collateral;
• Implementing approval decisions and settlements for borrowers and guarantors depending on repayment schedule, pricing, and other factors;
• Imported transaction data, updated existing collaterals, and added new collaterals;
• Responding to various consumer needs;
• Checking and exporting customer positions;
• Collaborating constructively with departments (e.g., RMs, Legal) to manage daily responsibilities;
• Monitor repayment schedules and inform Relationship Managers if signed settlements are kept;
• Collaborate with Legal Department to prepare new Private Debt Settlement Agreements and take action to repossess leasing assets and claim;
• Management of invoices, VAT. Monitoring of finance leases and repurchase agreements;
• Tracking and archiving of all supporting documents for real estate assets (titles, contracts, certificates);
• Management and monitoring of insurance contracts.

Requirements

• At least 4 years professional experience in loan administration for leasing contracts preferably for denounced or restructured portfolios;
• BA or BSc in Finance, Accounting, or in Business Administration or in any other relevant field;
• Prior experience to accounting will be considered as an asset;
• Experience with leasing asset repossession and legal action;
• Expertise in corporate and SME administration;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Access is preferred;
• Adaptability to workflow platforms and debt management systems;
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile workplace;
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including proficiency in English.
