As an Operations Senior Officer, you will report to the Operations Manager, you will be part of our Retail Portfolios team in Athens, and you will play a vital role in supporting the Legal Divisions operations & day-to-day functions by providing portfolio analysis, MIS reports & automations, so as to help achieve annual Budget.
A day in the life of an Operations Senior Officer will include:

• Creating MIS reports for monitoring Legal Divisions performance & proposing new process automations, to help achieve Budget;
• Creating & monitoring of annual Budget & analysis of proposals for actions where necessary;
• Ensuring data & reporting quality completeness by executing Quality Controls;
• Managing to work closely with different Departments across Company, to ensure assigned targets achievement;
• Understanding of Legal Process to improve the day-to-day work of the department, is a plus;
• Ensuring Legal Divisions day-to-day operations, propose new automated ways for daily process / procedures enhancement;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements


What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in Banking or Consulting industry with minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in Legal and /or Analytics Departments;
• Degree in Finance / Economics or equivalent. MSc will be a plus;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent Access & SQL skills are required. Knowledge of MS Office (including strong Power Point skills);
• Attention to detail & accuracy and high level of ownership;
• Fluent verbal & written English;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to multitask & work under tight deadlines.
