Packaging Supervisor

based in Sindos

What you will be doing

The position reports to the Packaging Manager and will be responsible for providing effective management and supervision to the Packaging operation to support company’s strategic goals and objectives.

Responsible for Packaging operations to ensure high quality and effective production

Take all the necessary actions to continuously improve performance

Ensure compliance with HSE, food safety, hygiene and legal requirements

Ensure standardised problem-solving methodologies are used to resolve day to day problems

Develop direct reports to ensure thorough understanding of packaging technology and effective process control

What we are looking for:
University Degree in Engineering. MSc will be considered as an asset

At least 3 years of experience in production preferably in Food & Beverage Industry aτ supervisory level

Lean experience will be considered as an asset

Fluency in Greek & Proficient in English

MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

SAP knowledge will be considered as an asset

Team spirit and effective demonstration of Triple A behaviors; Alignment, Accountability and Action.

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Structured personality distinguished quick-thinking and decision-making capabilities
