During this period, we seek to recruit a professional for the following position:

CDE (Cold Draft Equipment) Operations Assistant

for our Sales Department

based in our premises at Mandra

The main purpose of the CDE Operations Assistant, reporting directly to CDE Field Service & Operations Supervisor, is to perform daily tasks that will support our CDE function, part of Sales team.

What you will be doing

Processing with data entry for customer data & CDE equipment

Creating, storaging and organising files, both physical and ditigal documents

Communicating with Sales team, service providers and end outlets

What we are looking for

BSc in Economics, Mathematics, Digital Systems, or relevant field

MSc in Logistics will is considered an advantage

1-2 years of professional experience in functions such as sales administration, sales support, customer service, etc. is cosidered an asset

Prior experience in ERP, CRM, and BI tools

Fluency in Greek and English, both oral & written

Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point

Teamwork & collaboration

Critical thinking & problem solving attitude

Flexibility & adaptability

Ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting tight deadlines
