Position details Reports to: Payroll Manager
Purpose of the Role: Manage and oversee all aspects of a company's payroll

Position details Reports to: Payroll Manager
Purpose of the Role: Manage and oversee all aspects of a company's payroll
Opportunity
- Processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay
- Gathering information on hours worked for each employee / sick day / leaves etc. (time management system and Employee Self Service – ESS)
- Digital Card in industrial area
- Managing private insurance benefits
- Prepare reports and annual budget for upper management, finance department etc.
- Cooperate with different departments to increase payroll service performance
- Process data and prepare tax and insurance information
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- 2 - 3 years previous work experience as Payroll Specialist in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Payroll Epsilon Net program is mandatory
- Familiar with work-shift and surcharges would be considered as a strong asset
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
- Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
