Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Payroll Specialist & HR Administrator to join our HR team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our dynamic HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient payroll and HR administration:

Actively engage in the daily operations of an extremely dynamic HR team

Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital, including updates in HRMS.

Monitor and manage employee attendance records (Ψηφιακή Κάρτα Εργασίας), ensuring all data is accurately recorded and reported

Support payroll preparation by providing necessary data such as attendance, absences, and leave records.

Provide employee servicing as needed

Your profile:
BSc in any field (Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources would be preferred)

1 year of experience in accounting, payroll, HR generalist

Familiarity with Ergani, Time Attendance Card (Ψηφιακή Κάρτα Εργασίας), HR systems is highly desirable, but not mandatory

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)

Good organizational and time-management skills

Attention to detail

Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Positive and can-do attitude
