Stix is a web and mobile design & development agency based in Greece, having multi-national clients and projects.
We are hiring a PHP developer. This is a role for a person that is enthusiastic about web development and wants to enhance their skills as part of a highly skillful team for various exiting web-based projects .
The successful candidate will join a very experienced web development team, with senior developers that will help the candidates fast progression to a senior level.
The role is mostly remote, with minimal presence in the Athens office. The successful candidate will join an existing team based in the center of Athens.

Responsibilities
- Assisting or leading the PHP development of various web-based projects.
- Participate in technical design processes.
- Use best practices and follow quality assurance guidelines.

- 2+ years experience in PHP coding.
- Able to follow best practices.
- Experience in Open Source PHP CMSs, preferably Word Press or Drupal
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Good understanding of HTML, JS and CSS.
- Experience in MVC PHP frameworks
- Experience in React
- Magento, Woocommerce or Opencart
- University degree in computing
