The role in more details:
Undertakes the quantitative analysis, presentation and interpretation of organization's data to provide valuable BI reports and insights
Understands the connection and relationship of different data originating from various data sources
Interprets and provides deep insights on financial data originating from ERP and CRM systems
Designs, compiles, maintains and visualizes key business reports that drive decision making
Supports the overall work and monitoring of commercial departments and management
Recommends new improvements on existing processes and reports
Guides the team for the automation of processes, better data analysis / best practices towards the production of insights

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

Degree in Data Science, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering and other related fields
Deep understanding of financial, non-financial and accounting data from ERP and CRM systems
Experience with Power BI data analysis and Visualization tool.
At least 1-2-year work experience on data analytics and BI reporting
Experience in quantitative analysis, presentation, description and interpretation of financial data, as well as planning, preparation, maintenance and visualization of BI reports
Effective communication and rapport building skills
Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
An extremely high work ethic
Motivation for career progression and development
Military Obligations completed
