ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a multinational leading digital platform for services and payments , is looking for a skilled professional for the position of Product Manager.

Product Manager based in Athens (5717/PM/ESS/GR)

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Product, the Product Manager will oversee the development and management of the company’s product portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of customer and market needs, the ability to conceptualize new offerings, and strong analytical skills to assess opportunities and optimize pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Continuously assess the Greek market to spot trends and opportunities relevant to company’s product portfolio.

Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new and existing products, aligning with overall business goals.

Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, while overseeing budgets and timelines.

Track product performance using key metrics, analyze cost structures, and optimize pricing models to maximize revenue.

Monitor competitors and market shifts to ensure company’s products remain innovative and competitive.

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and IT to ensure product goals are met and market needs are addressed.

Effectively communicate product plans and progress to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Engage with customers to gather feedback and incorporate insights into product development.

Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in product management and financial services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred

3 years of proven experience as a Product Manager with focus on delivering product strategies that align with business goals

Working knowledge of MS suite

Strong understanding of product marketing tactics (marketing campaigns, social media etc)

Strong ability in market research and data analysis

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Greek and English

Creative problem solving skills

Well informed about or proficient in the use of modern technology
