ELPEDISON, with its two privately-owned power plants in Thisvi (Voiotia) and Thessaloniki, with a total installed capacity of 820 MW, uses natural gas as fuel and ensures a clean and continuous electricity flow, based on a highly environmentally-friendly power generation process.
We are currently looking for a Project Control Officer to administrate, maintain and enhance the department’s Digital tools, processes and Data Management. As a Project Control Officer you will also support the establishment and maintenance of efficient and effective practices for project management and the monitoring and controlling of Company’s Projects Implementation and Performance.
What will you do:

We are currently looking for a Project Control Officer to administrate, maintain and enhance the department’s Digital tools, processes and Data Management. As a Project Control Officer you will also support the establishment and maintenance of efficient and effective practices for project management and the monitoring and controlling of Company’s Projects Implementation and Performance.
What will you do:
- Configuration, Monitoring, Controlling and Support of Projects Data in Project Control Digital tools (e.g. SAP)
- Administration, Configuration and Support of Project Control System and Tools (MS Project, MS Project Online)
- Development and Support of new functionalities at Project Control Digital Tools (SAP PS, Project Control System, Power BI)
- Collecting and reviewing Project Plans and Reports, consolidating Portfolio data
- Support the Controlling and Monitoring of the Company’s Projects Implementation and Performance
- Digitalization and Automation of Project Control Processes
- Development & Maintenance of KPI’s & metrics
- Support the Development & Maintenance of standard processes, methodologies & tools
- Production of Project’s Portfolio Reports
- Support of Projects Portfolio Optimization & Prioritization
- A BSc in Engineering, IT or Business field
- A MSc in Engineering, IT, Business Administration or Project Management will be considered an asset
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience within the services sector (Energy, Banking, Telecoms etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, Office 365 (Sharepoint, Power Automate, Forms), Collaboration tools (e.g. Slack, Teams) and Power BI
- Experience/knowledge in scripting and programming languages
- Familiarity with Project Management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
- SAP experience will be appreciated
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
