AKTOR CONCESSIONS S.A., a company of ELLAKTOR Group, is looking for a Project Finance Analyst for the Financial Division.
Referring to the Project Financial Officer , the main tasks of the position are:
Coordination and review of Financial Models including the preparation of scenarios, regular updates and implementation of structural changes/amendments
Communication with advisors, preparation of the financial proposal and project evaluation
Participation in discussions/negotiations with the lenders and lenders' advisors
Monitor and support in the implementation of the requirements of the Project Finance Documents

Requirements

Necessary qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance or in a quantitative field of study
Technical capacity to build/modify complex financial models
Very good understanding of Corporate Finance principles
Advanced knowledge of Greek and English
Advanced knowledge of MS Office

Qualifications considered as an Asset
Professionally gained knowledge of the Infrastructure or Energy sectors
Master’s degree in finance
Certificate in financial modelling

Working Experience:
3+ years of experience in project finance and /or structured lending investment
