Your opportunity
Deloitte is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to work as a member of the Project Management Officer (PMO) team to support the Leader of the Consulting department in our Thessaloniki branch. This position is essential to the smooth operation of the leader's duties and projects and to the consulting division's major initiatives implementation.
Specific responsibilities include:

• Coordinate activities to ensure organized and efficient workflow
• Development, analysis and maintenance of report/statistics
• Cost analysis leveraging on xls functionalities
• Power Point presentations creation
• Provide administrative support
• Continuous Integration with the HR team
• Organizing meetings (when necessary)
• Act as the point of contact among employees in different departments and executive(s)

Your professional experience and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role will be a plus
• Detail-oriented in completing complex tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and especially excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Italian will be a plus
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
• “Out of box” thinking approach
• Driven by a passion for problem-solving
• Team player with a positive, flexible attitude and hands-on approach
