Special Risk Solutions (SRS) Group of Companies is an independent group based in Athens, Greece. Our group consists of two companies:
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client service. You will manage visitor interactions, coordinate meeting rooms, and handle administrative tasks, supporting departments across the organization.

- SRS Wholesale (Re)Insurance Brokers S.A., which places business in the open market, as a wholesale broker.
- Special Risk Solutions (SRS) Underwriting Agency MGA S.A., which underwrites on the behalf of capacity providers.
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client service. You will manage visitor interactions, coordinate meeting rooms, and handle administrative tasks, supporting departments across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional, welcoming manner.
- Answer/direct calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage meeting room bookings and daily schedules.
- Coordinate mail and deliveries.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Requirements
- Experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Greek.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word).
- Organized with a customer-service mindset. <
